An AMPP Certified Coating Inspector with an academic foundation from Ohio, USA, in engineering physics and economics. Aayush combines technical depth with practical perspective. His experience spans industrial coatings, infrastructure projects, energy environments, and technology driven initiatives. This allows him to connect formulation science with on site realities.

At Advance Paints, his leadership centres on thoughtful engineering, informed decision making, and long term partnerships built on performance, reliability, and trust.

Amit Parikh brings over two decades of experience in the industrial coatings industry, guided by the belief that true innovation extends beyond technology to a deep understanding of people. Whether addressing the needs of design teams seeking a balance between performance and aesthetics, or supporting project managers in delivering durable and environmentally responsible solutions, his leadership approach is rooted in listening, learning, and purposeful action.

At Advance Paints, he has played a key role in developing customer-centric strategies, driving product innovation, including intumescent fire protection and food-safe coatings and fostering a culture where individuals grow in tandem with the organization.
